Wednesday, Jan 14- leave CVU at 1:15, ski from 1:30 to 2:30- CLASSIC SKI- bring skate skis to practice transitions!
Thursday, Jan 15- leave CVU at 1:15, ski from 1:30-2:30- SKATE SKI
Friday, Jan 16- Practice at Sleepy at 1:30- Choice Day- skate or classic - you choose based on which skis you have waxed for Saturday's race(s).
Wax for Saturday on your own either before or after practice- Varsity skiers wax both skate
and classic, JV skiers wax skate skis---wax recs here
