Tuesday Feb 17- Skate practice at Sleepy Hollow Wednesday Feb 18- ski and wax at CVU Thursday Feb 20 - STATES at Rikert- skate Friday Feb 21 Saturday Feb 22 Sunday Feb 23 Sunday- qualifiers
Monday- waxing Tuesday- varsity host race for jv Wed- interval practice with downhills thursday- biathlon clinic at range Friday- waxing Saturday- race at Strafford Monday, Feb 3- skate ski at Sleepy Hollow, 30 min ski and speeds, recovery ski for those who raced at Trapps
Tuesday, Feb 4- skate practice at Sleepy Hollow Wednesday, Feb 5- classic practice at Sleepy Hollow- wax for races during free block (or if skis are fine skip waxing for costume races Thursday, Feb 6- Costume Races at CHS!!! Mt Top Classic on State Meet course Friday, Feb 7- waxing at CVU plus 30 ski on fields (or light run if no snow) Saturday, Feb 8- Skate Race at U32 Sunday, Feb 9- Qualifier races at Rikert Nordic Center |
