8:30-9:30 -- Registration and bib pick-up (Basement of large dorm)
9:30 -- Coaches Meeting (Registration)
10:30am Girls Freestyle Individual
11:45am Boys Freestyle Individual
12:30pm Girls Relay Running Orders Due in the Basement of the Large Dorm
12:50pm Girls Relay Bib Pickup
1:30pm Boys Relay Running Orders Due in the Basement of the Large Dorm
1:50pm Boys Relay Bib Pickup
2:00pm Girls Relay
3:00pm Boys Relay
4:00pm Awards Ceremony (location dependent on weather)
PARKING: Buses will park in the lower lot, which is adjacent to Registration. Spectators may use either lot.
WAXING/WARMING: There will be space for teams to set up tents. Additionally, athletes looking for an indoor space may use the large white tent on the upper field. The Yurt is not available this year.
No personal belongings will be permitted in the lodge. While individuals are welcome to briefly visit the lodge, it cannot become the headquarters for any team.
Electric power will available near the garage as needed. Please bring your own extension cords.
FOOD: The snack bar in the new lodge has soup, chili, and sandwiches, bars, cookies, and fruit.
FACILITIES: There is an indoor men’s and women’s bathrooms located inside the lodge. There will be portable toilets available outside as well.
SPECTATORS: Spectators and non-competitors will be allowed in designated spectator areas free of charge, and must be acutely aware of all racer traffic and respect volunteer “crossing guards”. However, any spectators or non-competing team members who wish to ski out on the course (outside of the designated area) must purchase a $10.00 trail pass.
TEE SHIRTS: The pre-ordered 2015 Vermont Nordic State Championship Tee shirts will be available for pickup at registration.

From Route 14, take a right turn at the "Craftsbury Outdoor Center 6 miles" sign (South Craftsbury Road). Pass through Craftsbury Village, go up a hill, through the village of Craftsbury Common (a collection of white houses at the top of the hill). Sterling College is on your left in the common, the Post Office and Craftsbury Academy are on your right. Continue out of town approximately 3/4 mile past the Common, and look for a yellow curve sign. As the sign indicates, the pavement curves to the left, you want to bear right off the pavement and follow the "Craftsbury Outdoor Center" signs (staying on Mill Village Road). Continue winding on the dirt road for just under 1.25 miles and turn right onto Lost Nation Road. The Outdoor Center's office is located approximately 0.6 miles on the left. You will see a large Craftsbury Outdoor Center sign. The office is in the white farmhouse.
